I'm Tracy - and I'm here to help.
I’ve been where you are – burnt out, tired, and frustrated; lucky to get to the point of declaring a stalemate each day.

Before 2020, I was stuck in the corporate grind, working 60+ hour weeks, burning the candle at both ends trying to get a side business off the ground. I was desperate for my ideas to take off so I could escape my 9-5 and finally live the life I kept reaching for – one where I could make an impact, help people, and still have a life outside my business. But nothing worked.

I was exhausted. I couldn’t focus on my business because I was stuck in it, and couldn't figure out which end was up, let alone get a clear direction. I felt like I was running in circles and getting nowhere – sound familiar?
Fast forward to present day, and now I get to help you get out of the same cycle by combining my passions for marketing and operations. I help entrepreneurs rediscover their passions like I uncovered mine and use them to grow aligned businesses that operate well, resonate with those in need of their services, and leave them with plenty of time for that elusive work-life balance. Strategic planning and implementation are like those puzzles I can’t put down – I get to dive in and figure out what’s working, what’s not, and put it all together so you can step out of the chaos!

I started working with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) 2 years ago & love incorporating its principles into businesses.

I love a good road trip. My favorite so far has been a 10-day, 700-mile trip through the PNW. I think it's because I spent my childhood weekends traveling the country (my dad was a drag racer).

I left a corporate job in healthcare for the remote, fractional world as a Director of Operations & Marketing. Originally, I was a Physical Therapist!

My husband and I LOVE the Dave Matthews Band - I've been to over 60 shows!

I can get lost in a good bookstore for hours.
